Delayed construction on a 256-room Four Seasons hotel in Baltimore’s Harbor East is now moving forward thanks to $45 million in tax-exempt bonds issued by the Maryland Industrial Development Financing Authority.
The luxury hotel, originally set to open early last year, is now expected to open by the end of this year.
