Jimmy Buffet’s long-delayed Margaritaville Casino is expected to break ground on March 1 in Biloxi, Miss., with completion of the first phase expected by the end of the year.
The $48 million first phase of the project is to include a casino, restaurants, shops, an event center and a marina.
