The New Jersey state Policeman’s Benevolent Association pulled its spring convention out of Atlantic City in protest over the layoff of 60 Atlantic City police officers last year, according to a report in The Press of Atlantic City.
Instead, the association will hold the convention at the Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, Conn., March 7-11.
