DiamondRock Hospitality entered into an agreement to acquire a hotel currently under development in New York’s Times Square upon its expected completion in 2013.
The purchase price, ranging from approximately $112.5 million to $178 million, will depend on the number of guest rooms in the hotel, which could range anywhere from 250 to 400 rooms.
