Hyatt Hotels Corp. will open its fourth property in Hawaii this fall, with the conversion of the Ocean Resort Hotel Waikiki into the 425-room Hyatt Place Waikiki Beach.
A property-wide renovation will be done in two phases, with the 19-story Pali Tower to be closed first and then reopened in November. Work on the 14-story Diamond Tower is scheduled for completion in April 2012.
