Charlestowne Hotels, which operates 22 properties in the Southeast, has been selected to take over management of the 500-room Springmaid Beach Resort in Myrtle Beach, S.C.
The oceanfront property offers 35.000 square feet of meeting space, two restaurants and other amenities.
