Wyndham Hotel Group entered into an agreement with Chatwal Hotels & Resorts to franchise and manage its Dream and Night boutique hotel brands globally.
Dream and Night hotels are currently open in New York City, Bangkok and Cochin, Indiana, with a 108-room, Art Deco-inspired Dream South Beach scheduled to open early this year in Miami adjacent to the former Versace Mansion.
The new Dream brand is positioned as a full-service, lifestyle brand located in gateway cities and resort destinations, while the Night brand, which Wyndham plans to develop in secondary markets, will be positioned as an “affordably chic” hotel option featuring hip services such as guest deejays in lounges and discounts for motorists driving hybrid cars.
