The Hotel Georgia, which originally debuted in Vancouver, British Columbia, in 1927, will reopen May 7 as the Rosewood Hotel Georgia following a major renovation of the 155-room property.
Under management of Dallas-based Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, the hotel will offer 10,000 square feet of meeting and event space, including the restored Spanish Ballroom, which features stained glass windows and a musicians' gallery. There will also be a new full-service spa with an indoor pool and dining options that include a fine-dining restaurant serving contemporary Canadian cuisine.
