Architects designing a new riverfront convention center in Owensboro, Ky., were given the go-ahead for a 143,670-square-foot facility costing $30 million.
The facility, which will be 40 percent larger than originally planned, is expected to offer about 57,000 square feet of meeting and exhibit space.
