The Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort and Spa embarked on a $13.5 million renovation that is to include two new restaurants, a new poolside lounge, an upgraded pool deck and a new Regency Club.
The work, which is scheduled to be done in three phases, is expected to be completed in September.
