RockResorts, a subsidiary of Vail Resorts, has taken over management of the 350-room Bimini Bay Resort on Bimini Island in the Bahamas and is planning a major expansion of the property.
The expansion will include a boutique hotel, full-service, spa, beach club and additional restaurants. The spa and beach club are expected to open this summer, while the hotel is set for 2014.
