Team San Jose (the city’s CVB), in partnership with the City of San Jose, named Bill Sherry as its new CEO.
Sherry, who is director of aviation for Mineta-San Jose International Airport, will continue to oversee the airport in addition to his new duties, which include overseeing a proposed expansion and renovation of the McEnery Convention Center.
Sherry replaces Dan Fenton who resigned after city officials raised objections over Team San Jose’s budget management.
