The 304-room Hotel Palomar Atlanta-Midtown will be rebranded as the Renaissance Atlanta Midtown Hotel, following the finalization of a recent acquisition by Thayer Lodging Group.
The acquisition of the hotel, currently a Kimpton property, is expected to final by early April.
