Hotel management company Potomac Hospitality Services launched Modus Hotels, a new brand for its portfolio of boutique, business-oriented hotels located in Washington, D.C., Chicago and Philadelphia.
According to Aaron Katz, president of Modus Hotels and Potomac Hospitality Services, the brand promise of Modus is to feature a residential atmosphere and “to allow our guests to be themselves with warm and mindful environments for work, for pleasure or for relaxation, but without attitude or pretension.”
The properties with the new Modus brand are Comfort Suites in Chicago, Windsor Suites in Philadelphia, Virginian Suites in Rosslyn, Va., and, in Washington, One Washington Circle Hotel, George Washington University Inn, River Inn, Quincy Hotel, Hotel Monticello and Washington Suites Georgetown.
