Stations Casino LLC, a company created to buy most of the assets of the bankrupt Stations Casinos Inc., reached an agreement with lenders to buy Green Valley Ranch Resort in Henderson, Nev., for $500 million.
Plans call for Fertitta Entertainment, which is headed by the founders of Stations Casinos Inc. who are also part of the new investment team, to manage the property on a long-term basis.
