Jimmy Buffet’s Gold Coast Casino, originally expected to break ground this month in Biloxi, Miss., hit a delay in getting necessary approvals from the Mississippi Gaming Commission.
The $48 million casino, which will include an events center, restaurant and marina, is expected to open next year.
