The Indianapolis CVB hired Leonard Hoops, currently executive vice president and chief customer officer for the San Francisco Travel Association, to be its new president and CEO.
Stepping into his new role on May 31, Hoops replaces Dan Welsh who was recruited to head the Chicago Convention & Tourism Bureau in January.
