A group of private developers have presented plans to town officials in Lewiston, N.Y., for building a hotel and conference center with views of the lower Niagara River.
The 48-room hotel and adjoining conference center, which would accommodate up to 250 people, would be located at Joseph Davis State Park, now owned by the Town of Lewiston.
