Dolce Hotels signed an agreement to manage a 157-room hotel soon to be constructed in downtown Indianapolis that will be a model for the company’s future urban hotels, which will be designed for conferences as well as for individual business and leisure guests.
The Indianapolis hotel, expected to open in fall 2012, will feature 16 meeting rooms totaling 15,000 square feet, including a rooftop boardroom offering vistas of the city. All of the meeting space will be designed to meet certification requirements from the International Association of Conference Centers.
