Fairmont Hotels & Resorts announced a Sustainable Design Policy for all new development projects and renovation programs.
Drawing on the LEED guidelines set by the U.S. Green Building Council, as well as other green rating systems, the policy sets new environmental criteria and checklists for renovations and also creates a new green build best practices repository for use by Fairmont’s hotels, engineers, developers and architects
