In a move from public to private management, SMG has been selected to operate Chicago’s McCormick Place convention facility and Navy Pier entertainment complex, effective July 1.
McCormick Place General Manager David Causton will continue in his role, but will become an SMG employee. SMG manages 67 other convention centers.
