Noble Investment Group acquired the former Holiday Inn Decatur Hotel and Conference Center in Decatur, Ga., with plans to redevelop the property and rebrand it as a Courtyard by Marriott.
The company plans a complete renovation and update of the hotel’s 184 guest rooms and 15,000 square feet of meeting space.
