A civic organization in Baltimore is proposing a $900 million project that would include an 18,500-seat arena, 500-room hotel and expansion of the Baltimore Convention Center.
Both the arena and hotel would replace the Sheraton Inn Harbor Hotel and be attached to the convention center, which would be doubled in size.
