Benchmark Hospitality International, the U.S.-based hospitality management company, has just announced the acquisition of MTM Luxury Lodging—plus the launch of their upscale new brand, the Personal Luxury Collection (PLC).
PLC will comprise the five hotels acquired from MTM (four existing and one to be built in the near future) as well as eight other properties operated by Benchmark. Among the properties in the MTM acquisition are Hotel 1000 and the Sorrento Hotel, both located in Seattle.
