Penn National Gaming, Inc. announced Wednesday they have acquired the M Resort in Las Vegas. Located several miles south of the Las Vegas strip, the resort has 390 guest rooms, nine restaurants and five bars, plus a large casino.
The acquisition follows the purchasing of the resort's outstanding debt of more than $230 million last October, which Penn National has exchanged for ownership of the property.
Penn National Gaming owns, operates or has interests in gaming and racing facilities around the U.S.
