The Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association changed the name of its Affordable Meetings conference and exhibition to MEET: Meetings, Events, Education, Technology, which will take effect with the event in Washington, D.C., Sept. 7-8.
MEET will feature new components that include MEET University, a new educational program; TEEM Up, a reverse trade show buyer appointment expo; MEET Exhibitor Concierge; and MEET On, a virtual extension of the two-day conference.
MEET University will offer new educational offerings and formats, including certification boot camps, case-study workshops, peer-to-peer roundtables, keynotes with “Continuing the Conversation” breakout sessions and Top 10 station sessions.
