The Convention Industry Council announced that eight of the nine APEX standards for sustainable events have completed the committee review stage and are now awaiting final approval and publication.
In development since 2008, the standards address all facets of event management, including audiovisual, marketing, exhibits, accommodations, food & beverage, exhibits, on-site office and transportation.
