A study released by IAEE on virtual event practices found that a strong majority of virtual event organizers are using these events to extend the reach of a physical event.
The Virtual Events Study captures data on the extent of adoption of and future plans to hold virtual events, details on past and future content of virtual events, expectations and outcomes of those held in the past as well as why some organizations have no plans to offer virtual events in the near term.
