The 180-room Nobu Hotel, Restaurant and Lounge is slated to open at Caesars Palace on the Las Vegas Strip in summer 2012.
The boutique property will feature a restaurant run by celebrity chef Nobu Matsuhisa that will include a sushi bar, teppanyaki tables and a private dining area.
