Construction is under way on three new hotels for Kansas City, including the 123-room Courtyard at Briarcliff, which will be part of a mixed-use complex that will also include a 16,000-square-foot conference center.
The other hotel projects include the 43-room Ambassador Hotel KC, an upscale boutique property located in a former bank building, and a 109-room Holiday Inn Express airport property. The three hotels are all expected to be open by July 2012.
