After over three decades in Acapulco, Tianguis Turistico, Mexico’s largest annual travel industry trade show, will move to Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit in 2012.
The adjacent destinations beat out several competitors in a bid to host the trade show. Tianguis will be held in the city of Puebla in 2013 and in Cancun/Riviera Maya in 2014.
