The Northern Kentucky CVB announced that its president and chief executive, Tom Caradonio, is retiring, effective Dec. 31, after 13 years.
According to a statement from the CVB, the bureau has launched a search for a new president and CEO and plans to name an interim leader soon.
The CVB is “seeking a strong leader with a solid interest in increasing conventions, business meetings and visitor travel to the area," according to the statement.
The CVB credited Caradonio with increasing the number of conventions held, multiplying hotel stays, increasing offerings to business and leisure travelers and being an advocate for expanding the Northern Kentucky Convention Center.
