North Point Hospitality Group, Inc. announced the ground breaking of a dual-branded hotel project, a Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites by Hilton Hotel to be located in the same Atlanta building.
Both hotels will be constructed simultaneously and housed within a 12-story tower at the northeast corner of 10th Street and Williams Street. The opening is set for early 2013.
Combined, the two hotels will have 226 units and will include meeting and conference facilities accommodating up to 200 people, a full-service restaurant and lounge, an outdoor elevated pool and spa as well as a fitness center and valet parking.
