Scott’s Development Corp. submitted the top $113 million winning bid in U.S. Bankruptcy Court to buy the Peek n’ Peak Resort & Spa in Clymer, N.Y.
Located about 25 miles from Erie, Pa., the 1,150-acre golf and ski resort filed by bankruptcy in May 2010. Scott’s Development also owns 20 restaurants and hotels in northwest Pennsylvania as well as Splash Lagoon Indoor Water Park in Erie.
