Hotel 71, located along the Chicago River, has completion a top-to-bottom restoration. The $20 million renovation of the boutique hotel included the meeting rooms, guest rooms, lobby and fitness center.
Offering 357 guest rooms and suites, Hotel 71 upgraded its penthouse ballroom with new carpeting and draperies, creating a more modern feel. In total, the property features 13,000 square feet of meeting space.
Guest rooms were also retrofitted with high-speed wireless Internet access, 37-inch flat screen televisions and iPod docking stations while the lobby décor was enhanced.
