ON24, Inc. today unveiled Platform 10 Virtual Events and Environments, a next- generation platform for building virtual conferences, sales kickoff events and other virtual destinations. With Platform 10, ON24 unifies its product line on a single open platform.
The foundation of Platform 10 is ON24’s “one widget, any product” architecture, which allows ON24 – and third-party developers – to create application-specific widgets and seamlessly integrate them into ON24 webcasts, virtual events and virtual environments. ON24 and its partners have developed over 50 widgets in a number of categories, including social Networking, collaboration, enterprise communications, and training.
“With Platform 10, viewers can more easily consume content, network with their peers, and share their virtual experience with others,” said Tom Masotto, vice president of product management at ON24.
Key components of the Platform 10 architecture include enterprise-class security as well as next-generation reporting and analytics. In addition, the system’s virtual environments are mutli-lingual.
