The private Ocean Reef Club, has welcomed a pristine yacht, The Washingtonian, to the arsenal of its offerings. Fully restored in 2010, the 1939 Trumpy recently received the rare designation as a US Coast Guard Certified vessel and is one of only 20 pre-war Trumpys in service today.
The ship can accommodate up to 30 passengers for meetings and events. Providing a unique venue for special occasions, the Washingtonian offers a spacious covered deck and a salon featuring warm chestnut walls and classic furnishings. Modern touches include a flat-screen television, Wi-Fi and SIRIUS radio.
While on the waters, the yacht is conducive to business retreats, executive planning sessions or client meetings. On-shore events can include use as a dockside hospitality suite or cognac den.
