Renaissance Hotels added the Renaissance Phoenix Downtown Hotel to its collection, representing the second Renaissance Hotel to open in Arizona. The property, which features 448 rooms and 60,000 square feet of meeting space, is in the heart of downtown Phoenix and situated near the convention center.
The meeting space includes 20 meeting rooms and an outdoor terrace capable of seating up to 2,100 people. The Renaissance Phoenix downtown is near the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and walking distance from Chase Field, home of the Phoenix Suns and Arizona Diamondbacks.
From the property, guests can take a quick rail trip to the museum district, home to the Heard Museum, as well as experience other sites such as the Phoenix Zoo, the renowned Orpheum Theater and the downtown area’s arts and cultural offerings.
