The property features 1,306 redesigned guestrooms, including 51 suites, revitalized ballrooms, multiple event and meeting spaces and a transformed lobby and mezzanine.

As part of the hotel’s new design aesthetic, Grand Hyatt New York has commissioned artists and designers to re-animate and re-energize the public spaces of the hotel. Multiple works by sculptor Jaume Plensa will be positioned in the hotel lobby.
