Timothy Bathke, who was worked in the hospitality industry for more than a decade, was named general manager at Warwick Seattle Hotel in Belltown.
“We are in the hospitality industry, not the hotel industry,” Bathke says. “Hospitality will be evident and extend not only to our guests, but also to the community, our associates, our vendors, and anyone else we come in contact with.”
He plans to instill this by creating a culture of sincere caring and compassion toward both guests and associates, making Warwick Seattle Hotel a place people want to work, not just a place where people are employed.
