Barbara Thibault-Simon

With more than 20 years of catering experience, Barbara Thibault-Simon joins the Trump SoHo New York as its new director of catering. She has spent many years working in the New York market and comes from her recent position as director of catering & diplomatic protocol service at The Intercontinental New York Barclay. 

Thibault-Simon previously worked at The Ritz-Carlton in Westchester, New York, during its pre-opening/opening phases, where she booked $1 million in catering revenue during the construction phase alone.
