Katherine Gioia named leisure sales manager at Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort & Spa on the Kohala Coast of Hawaii Island. Gioia is responsible for overseeing the 555-room resort’s online, retail and wholesale travel markets.
Originally from Connecticut, Gioia moved to Hawaii in 2002. She has served in the sales and hospitality industry for six years, most recently as senior sales and public relations coordinator for The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua on Maui.
