Benchmark Hospitality announced Tom Cupo was promoted to the position of managing director. He previously served as general manager at the Chattanoogan Hotel, where he will continue to oversee management.
He will also assume responsibility for The Inn at Virginia Tech and the Skelton Conference Center in Blacksburg, Va.
