Illinois
- Benchmark Hospitality appointed Brian Mulhall director of sales at Eaglewood Resort & Spa in Itasca, Ill. outside Chicago and close to O’Hare International Airport. Mulhall previously served as the property’s senior sales manager and also worked as senior sales manager at Affinia Chicago.
Indiana
- White Lodging appointed Amy Grayson director of sales at Indianapolis Marriott Downtown. She has worked as a senior account executive at the hotel since 2008 and previously served as a senior sales manager. Grayson began her hospitality industry career in Tucson and also worked on the sales team at the Conrad Hotel in Indianapolis.
Minnesota
- Dave Bouquet was named vice president of sales and business development at Skyline Exhibits. Bouquet has been with Skyline for 17 years. He previously served as director of sales and business development and worked extensively with the company’s dealer network. Bouquet also helped develop and implement Skyline Service Centers in Las Vegas, Orlando and Toronto.
Missouri
- Todd D. Scholl was appointed director of sales at Elms Hotel & Spa in Excelsior Springs. The Elms is currently undergoing a multimillion-dollar renovation and is scheduled to reopen in April. Scholl is returning to the Midwest after working in Tulsa, Okla. at the Hyatt Regency. He has more than 20 years of industry experience and previously served at The Peabody Little Rock in Arkansas. At the Elms, he will work to introduce the property to regional audiences in Nebraska, Arkansas, Iowa and Kansas.
- Branson’s Chateau on the Lake appointed David Hume as its new director of sales. In the role, he will be responsible for deploying and coordinating the resort’s sales efforts. He has previously worked at resorts and hotels throughout the Midwest, including Mission Point Resort on Mackinac Island, Mich. and The Abbey Resort in Fontana, Wis.
Wisconsin
- Greater Madison Convention & Visitors Bureau (GMCVB), a Wisconsin regional DMO, hired Rebecca Waxler-Ramsey as its new director of sales. Waxler-Ramsey has experience in both hotel and CVB sales and most recently served as assistant director of sales at Visit Charlotte CVB in North Carolina. She has long-standing ties to the Madison area.
