Jim Gross brings more than 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry to his new position as general manager of the Sir Francis Drake Hotel in San Francisco. He will oversee operations of the 416-room hotel.
Gross previously worked as general manager at Kimpton’s Hotel Solamar and Hilton Gaslamp in San Diego and has held management positions in New Jersey and Florida.
