We provide discounted rates for island sightseeing, arrange customized sightseeing experiences and door-to-door travel from the hotel to Tobago. We have also shopped for clothes and other items for guests who have lost their luggage.
What are your bar or nightclub recommendations?
Crobar, for a more local crowd; Coco Lounge for a more intimate club experience; 51 Degrees, for a total club experience; and Sabor Latino (the Attic) for the ‘salsa and merengue’ experience.
Can you recommend a good place to take a stroll?
The Queens Park Savannah (Port of Spain’s largest open space—and the world's largest traffic roundabout); The Waterfront with great views of the Gulf of Paria; The Brian Lara Promenade and in the evening, a stroll on The Avenue (Ariapita) is sure to be fun!

Smokey and Bunty’s…as a matter-of-fact, why not all of St. James, the city that never sleeps?
What is an unusual request from a group you’ve had?
A guest once requested to have musicians play in his suite. Noise complaints notwithstanding, we were able to accommodate. We also help guests into their costumes during Carnival.
A party of 12 wants to have dinner right away. What restaurant can accommodate last-minute requests of this size?
Hyatt’s Waterfront Restaurant, of course! Also, Prime Steakhouse or Chaud Creole, for a more local flavor.
What’s a unique event that has taken place at your property?
The one and only Ultimate Lime -Hyatt’s all-inclusive pre-Carnival fete! Also, the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting and the Summit of the Americas. You name it, we’ve done it!
