SANTA BARBARA, Calif.
Pacifica Hotel Company has announced its acquisition of The Belamar Hotel in Manhattan Beach from Larkspur Hotels & Restaurants. The Belamar Hotel joins Pacifica Hotel Company’s existing portfolio of 24 hotel properties.
The company intends to invest approximately $500,000 over the next three years to upgrade and enhance the property.

The Belamar features 127 guest rooms and more than 5,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space.
