ASHEVILLE, NC
The Renaissance Asheville Hotel is putting the final touches on an extensive, multi-million dollar redesign. The hotel features 275 recently upgraded guest rooms and 21,000 square feet of meeting space.
Guests will enter through the new lobby, which features bright, rich woods and marble flooring. The completely new Writer’s Bistro is a casual chic restaurant inspired by North Carolina’s extensive literary history. Its private dining room can seat up to 40 for special events.
The Writer’s Bistro menu is inspired by farm-to-table, offering locally grown and raised ingredients. Meanwhile the hotel's new gift shop, Appalachian Crafts II is a larger spot than the previous outpost with an open layout that encourages visitors to browse the store's locally crafted souvenirs.
