MIAMI
The Miami Airport Convention Center, adjacent to Miami International Airport, has completed its $15 million modernization project.
The extensive remodeling of the 152,000-square-foot facility included modernization of the 48,000-square-foot trade show and exhibition area; the 29,000-square-foot ballroom, one of the largest such spaces in the state, and the 75,000-square-foot conference center, which features over 40 breakout rooms.
The trade show and exhibition hall also may be linked to the ballroom and conference center for events requiring up to 108,000 square feet of trade show space.
The MACC is adjacent to a newly renovated DoubleTree by Hilton, which features 334 guest rooms.
