Hyatt Regency Atlanta is set to complete its $65 million property-wide renovation this April.
Among the changes is a refresh of the hotel’s 22-story Atrium Lobby. Custom art created from brass key fob replicas from the original Regency Hyatt House embellish the reception area. The hotel is introducing three food and beverage options for the lobby: Sway, a breakfast, lunch and dinner restaurant featuring Southern U.S. cuisine, Twenty Two Storys, featuring beer-influenced cuisine and Market offers 24-hour self-service including snacks, quick meals and bottles of wine.
Each of the hotel’s 1,260 guestrooms features new design elements and modern technology, while the hotel’s upgrade included the installation of energy-efficient LED lighting and Energy Star appliances.
The renovations included a significant refresh of 180,000 square feet of the hotel’s meeting space, including modernizing the 29,000-square- foot Centennial Ballroom, the largest hotel ballroom in Georgia.
